(186,110 sites in the 1999 database and 185,281 in the 2001/2002 database).
The image is composed of pixels each representing one Web site address stored in the IP database. The location of a pixel is determined by the IP address it represents. The lower the number the further up on the picture. 0.0.0.0 would be represented in the top left corner, 255.255.255 in the lower right.
The color of a pixel in the "every: top" interface is determined by the top-level domain in the domain name connected to the IP address of the server corresponding to the IP address.
