GIANT MOTH
Yesterday I came across this GIANT moth that at first looked like a leaf. It had excellent camouflage, and I almost stepped on it! The moth was resting right next to a penny for measure, which was great to document its scale. I tried to communicate with the moth to figure out what it was doing and where it came from, and I got the sense that it was just passing through, when the penny caught its attention. The moth fell in love with the penny because of its similar coloration; it thought it was a female moth!!

I could have included this in my final video, however, I decided to stick with actual video footage instead of pictures; I thought video would be more interesting to observe. I don't know why I didn't take a video of this guy, I think I was in a hurry to catch a bus or something. Also, he wasn't really moving, probably trying appear as a leaf, which was working except that I took a second glance and realized the leaves were infact wings.
